Job Description:

As a Leasing Specialist, you will show apartments and community amenities to prospective residents. You will follow-up on phone and email leads in a professional manner and continue that relationship through the lease signing and move-in.

Skills:

  • Self-starter: Able to identify work that needs to be done and does it without quired instruction.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Courteous and communicative: Able to interact with, assist and exceed the expectations of prospective residents.
  • Possess a keen sense of urgency.
  • A detail-oriented Doer: Ability to solve practical problems using reasoning skills while paying close attention to the details
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
  • General computer knowledge. Proficiency with MS Office, Outlook and MRI a plus.
